If you had 90 seconds to sell a rhino, what would you do?
A lot of presentations fail because presenters assume their audience will be interested. To get your audi-ence to move from point A, zero interest, to point B, your desired response, in under two minutes you have to first hook their attention.
To galvanize their attention and put the focus where it belongs, on you, try inter-jecting these four motivating concepts right at the be-ginning of your presentation: Focus, Unique, Proof, and Action.

These four stimulators are easily remembered by the acronym FUPA. How does FUPA work?
At the beginning of your presentation first Focus your audience's attention with a related question, quotation, analogy or anecdote. Then state your Unique Selling Proposition or USP. Follow your USP with an offer of Proof. And then always, always make a call to Action.
